  1. Manage and control the overall construction supervision of the project effectively.
  2. Manage to implement the project within the required time, budget and at a high level of technical quality.
  3. Supervise and critically monitors the construction duties on site such as civil, structural and  architectural to ensure that the work is progressing in accordance with the plans, specifications, schedule, budget and quality standard.
  4. Prepare project schedule, update and revise according to project requirements and parameters.
  5. Prepares, recommends and implements effective value engineering.
  6. Implements communicating accurately and timely information to the Client and project team regarding the status and progress of the project.
  7. Implements proper planning and documentation such as defining work activities, preparing work schedules, assigning and allocating resources and developing an acceptable budget.
  8. Conducts meetings with the Clients and Project Teams, identify possible problems that might occur during the course of construction and its recommendation and corrective actions to be implemented. Reporting of physical and financial accomplishment of the project to maintain the plan.
  9. Prepares cost estimate.
  10. Prepares weekly & monthly progress report.
  11. Provides input to site inspection, cost and schedule controls and field engineering support. Material receiving and reporting, prepares site construction progresses & measurement. Review progress report and recommends for progress payment.
  12. Direct, coordinate and monitors the day to day activities of the site supervision team.
  13. Review and analyze change order cost proposal and contractors progress claims.
  14. Coordination and provide inputs to the Design Engineers & Architects regarding the status of the project & the implementation of the Approved for Construction Plan.
  15. Ensure that all the work is performed strictly in accordance with its Drawings, Specifications and Contract Conditions.
